Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at soakszn.toy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at soakszn.toy@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final sale/clearance items are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
